[/center]Nobody believed. They all said I'd get no where with you, you were too much for me. They said you were nothing special, not worth the effort. They said you were dangerous, that you'd hurt me. Perhaps at one time these were true, nobody but me believed in you. Maybe I should have listened to everyone.
But we will show them!
Dynasty. She wasn't young, about eight years old, but we couldn't be sure. We wasn't too sure of her history, we bought her from a stables, where she had previously been used as a racehorse. OH raced her a few times, but she was already quite old for a racer, so decided to to retire her. She got in foal, and actually produced some really lovely foals. However, nothing was ever easy with Dynasty. She is scared, that is her problem. People say she is just nasty and vicious, but they are wrong, she is just scared. I know if I can connect with her, I'll be able to bring out the best in her. She has so much potential to be a showjumper! I could see it in her, I'd seen her in the field and running around in the school. She could turn on a sixpence, could run with the best of them and had an excellent jump on her! Though she wasn't your usual warmblood showjumper, it didn't mean she wouldn't be able to make it big! She just needed somebody she could trust. After hours or nagging I finally persuaded Millie to give Dy one last chance. I decided on a new begining for Dy. A completely fresh start. To forget about the past, all the bad that had happened. We started with a completely new name, Lady Legend.
