Breeding Contract

- I have buybacks to the foal if it is ever up for sale.
- I reserve one breeding to either the foal or a stallion of my choice from your stock.
- A working link is required for the foal at all times.
- If you become inactive or the foal does then I have the right to reclaim the foal.
- The foal must be born the year of breeding.
- The foal must begin racing as a yearling or two year old. Otherwise notification to me must be given.
- If a colt is to be gelded, I have the right to a breeding before he is.
